Games Runnins Slow on My PC

Hello,


PC Configuration-->
-p5kpl-c Series MotherBoard
-Core 2Duo 2.40GHz Processor
-4GB DDR2 Ram (667 and800 Mhz)
-Zotac GeForce 8400GS 512 MB graphics Card

Plase ...please help me out...cant understand why the games are sunning damn slow...!!!!

sunning = running
