Hello,
Try this 1.
Place the CD that came with your MP3 Player in the drive and follow the
instructions to install the drivers/applications --> Restart your PC --> Connect
your Mp3 Player --> Go to "My Computer" and open your Mp3 player drive --->
Then open another window that contains your music files --> Now drag & drop
the songs from the music window to your location in Mp3 player drive Window
---> Click on "Safely remove the hardware" in the system tray.
