Hello,
Try this 1.
Click on Start --> In search box (or in Run ) type MMSYS.CPL and click on OK -->
"Sounds and Audio Devices Properties" window will be opened.
Under "Speaker Settings", click on "Advanced" button ---> From the drop-down
select 5.1 surround speakers or select your speaker type --> Click on OK --->OK.
Also check your connections once again.
