Hello,
Try this 1.
1) First install all the drivers / application from the CD that came with your camera.
2) Connect your camera to your PC and check whether the internal memory is
displayed in "My Computer".
3) Check if there is any option in your camera to move the files from the internal
memory to the memory card. Just refer your manual and check whether such
option is available or not in your camera.
Or
Let us know the camera brand name and model number.
