Camera help

Hello,
hi ,
i have samsung star superb phone
i face a problem with its camera
whenever i start the camera i get a messege ' camera failed'
i notice there is an exclamation mark on the top just next to the memory card icon and 0 written there
i have tried the same thing by putting camera on phone memory too
but to no avail
somebody please help

Dear Kavish,

It might also be a hardware problem and hence it will be better to send it to a Repair Shop for getting the source of the problem identified.
