Restricting drop down box values to filtered

Hello,
How do I format a drop down list box that captures only filtered values and changes the values depending the filters? I have a spreadsheet that has about 8,000 rows and about 20 columns. I have filters on each of the columns and would like to create a list box that displays only the filtered values. Can this be done?
