show my webcam is not an optionClosed

Hello,  
I am running windows live messenger 14.08089 but I am unable to just show my webcam, I can only start a video call. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling. In conclusion I am lost without a clue.......any advice to fix this issue?????? 


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

Get in options and disable the mic and you can only show webcam as desired,
