You can download the drivers from the manufacture website.
Click on the below link.
http://www.intextechnologies.com/webpages/download-driver.aspx
Click on "PC Web Cam" and select your model.

Click on start --> run --> type services.msc and click on OK. Make sure its status is started. If its not started then double-click "Plug and Play" and select startup as "Automatic" and click on "Start" --> OK. Now connect your webcam and try installing the drivers. If your webcam is not detected, then try updating your USB drivers also. Try connecting any other USB devices to make sure that your USB ports are working.
