unable to download Closed

Question

Hello, 
I have windows Vista and I tried downloading ITUNES, it was downloading for over 2 hrs when a message came up saying security would not let me down load and it stopped the down load, Why cant I download ITUNES, and could it be my FIRE-WALL that is stopping it downloading.  regards Kathy
