Hello,
i recently order my comcast high-speed internet. and i got the modem and disc for
install the internet step by step.
I did every steps but i can't access to the internet.
obviously, i don't know how to use them
im using hp laptop windows vista
and got modem docsis 3.0
help me out please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would call the 800 Comcast number and get the support you paid for. You give them your MAC address and they can query the status of your modem.
