PDF files problem

Hello,
When I open the pdf files from the email and save it to the local disk, it saves in the word format. I have Adobe Reader installed as well. Can someone please give a solution to this problem.

Hi there,

Right click on the downloaded file pointing to open with and select adobe to read the file.also the link below from official Microsoft website will be useful:
