Error showing while copying from pendrive

Hello, I have a pen drive... when i connect it to my pc it shows all the data.. and even the error doesn't pop up when i transfer the data from my pen drive to pc... but when i try to transfer the data from my pc to pen drive there comes an error saying "COULDN'T COPY BECAUSE OF AN I/O DEVICE ERROR" plz help me solve this problem....

Dear Devil's,

There might be some corrupted materials on it causing it to act like this and hence you should have the problem solved by formatting it.
