Cant Open Some Programme FilesClosed

Question

Hello, 

I 'm using windows 7 ultimate. I was trying to open an audio file using 'open with' media player classic. but there was tick mark in the box "always use the selected programme to open this kind of  file".So all icons changed to windows media player. After that i cant open any programme in my desktop. 

Any body can HELP me, Please....

go to my computer, go to tools tab, >folder option>restore defaults, then check,
or right click the files select open with and select the program you want to open ,
