You need to install flash player to view videos online,if for pc then use link below:

https://ccm.net/downloads/internet/4613-adobe-flash-player/

If for mobile phones then this link:

https://ccm.net/mobile/phones/4505-flash-player-for-nokia-symbian-phones/
