Lookup function, keep range static Closed

Question

Hello, 
I understand the Lookup Function in a simple way.  I want to copy the Function statement down a column, to lookup data from another sheet. The range of cells adjusts to the row of the calculation when what I WANT is for the range to stay static, for both the match field and the result field.

=VLOOKUP($F$3,$B$3:$C$7,2,FALSE)

Putting a $ sign before each part of the cell or range reference keeps it the same no matter where you put it.
