first try push the lens holder away fom the motor and then try if i is not working again clean the lens with yiur tounge and then try it again if it isnoy working consult any coumputer maintainer thet will fix it up easily

Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, type regedt32 and press "Enter"
Registry editor will be opened.
Backup your registry by going to File --> Export and save the file with any name.
Now on the left side, navigate to the location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SYSTEM --> CurrentControlSet --> Control
----> Class ---> Click on {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
At right side delete these files if u find it
upper filters,lower filters,upper filters.bak,lower filters.bak and then restart your
PC.
