Msgs not open.. Closed

Hello, 
Im using micromax q5fb about 4 months.
Msg function is not working now.
When im trying to select "CREATE MESSAGE" it shows "not available" and other msg functions i.e., inbox,sent items are not open that shows "Loading...." for while. What will i do now?

Hi there,

Try resetting to factory default settings and if by doing so its same then you need to have the handset memory flashed by taking to any mobile phone repair center in your region.
