How to Backup the Wechat msgs?

Hello,
The thought occurred to me today that I have a pretty large collection of business contacts whose only contact I have is their WeChat info.
If something crazy were to happen to my account and I lost these contacts, I would be quite remiss. Is there an easy way to backup my contacts to my computer in case something were to happen to my account?
I don't need the conversations backed up, just the contacts. For reference, I use WeChat on both an iPhone6s and the desktop client on my MacBook Air. Thanks.
