I Cant Connect my mobile with PC Closed

Hello, 
Sir  I cant connect my mobile (GT-B5722) with my PC through blue tooth dongle, for inter net usage. I am instaled KIES cd. Please help me.

For connecting mobile to pc and use as modem via bluetooth please follow the instructions from link below:

you are currently using samsung as mobile so you need to install samsung pc studio,
