Hi KK,
First select the cell you would like your dropdown list to be available in.
From the top menu's choose Data then Validate.
From the Allow dropdown list choose List.
Now goto Source and select the data you want to be visible in your dropdown list, hit enter.
Enjoy your dropdown list.
