Hi there,
You need to be connected to the network and before printing you need to change the printer in for example word which is by default one note 2007 from drop down list .

Could use more info like what make and model is your printer.
Printout a printer configuration page and check/confirm the printer's IP address or even if the printer's network interface card is recognized by the printer. Sometimes network interface cards just go bad and stop working and need to be replaced.
