My computer not going to turn off

Hello,

In my computer viruse gone from pen drive. sichost.exe some what name of viruse. after installation of quick heal updated version my pc is not turn off. when I go to start turn off computer computer is going to turn off but after turn off computer restart again.
please guide me.

Dear Sanjay,

Please force the CPU to turn off by pressing extendedly the Power button and also while turning it on back, please log in safe for solving the issue.
