Hello,
You may have a monitor problem. Try to use another good monitor to check. If the second monitor works, the first one is bad. You will have to replace it by a new one. If the problem still persists, then it might be a video card problem. If the VGA port is built-in, then you wont be able to fix it. You will need a separate video card. If you have a computer that is working perfectly, remove the video card and try it in your computer. If the system works, you need to buy a new card.
