Adobe flash player not install

Hello,
sir,
when i install adobe flash player and run time one message windows can not find path , file or item everytime this message came and flash player not install so what i do say pls in my pc version window xp 2003 use and first i install flash player then deleted now i want install but not install so pls do need full for me
