Hello, 

I can't see video in compaq Presario c700 with vista window.However audio is propoerly working.

pls provide solution?



Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

Dear Mona, 

The problem might on one side be coming from the graphic card or on the other side, it might be that its driver has not been installed. Please check out in the Device Manager whether its driver is installed and if there is a yellow exclamation on it, please get through the following to get the problem solved.
