Also check whether the Javascript is enabled. Otherwise there are other possibilities where the application has been disabled. Please get to your Account settings and check whether the application has not been disabled and hence get it enabled. Yet there might be a possibility that the problem is coming from not being able to contact the server. If it is so, I will advise you to contact the Facebook Support for them to see into the matter and hence get the problem solved.
