Need Help With Conditional Formatting

Hi,

I'm working on a spreadsheet which requires me to have the date in the cell turn yellow if the present date is within 40 days (including the 40th day) of it. And if the present date is within 10 days (including the 10th day) of the date in the cell it needs to turn red. Any help would be appreciated.

under conditional foramtting

condition 1

the cell value is between -today()+40 and today()+10

condition 2
the cell value is less then =today()+10
0
