Online videos are not supported in my nokia 5130 exp.music

Hello,

i'm hving Nokia 5130 express music and i have a net connection in my mobile.i can able to download pictures,music etc...but if i download any videos or softwares,error message is shown as "File format not supported". So plz anyone help me. Helping persons may contact to rajkumar_c@ymail.com

Hi there,

You mean after the download when you run the video or application which you get this message?please conform for further help ,videos need to be converted to supported format by mobile which is either 3gp or mp4 and applications only .sis for the model.
