How to format nokia 5220

Hello,
i am having problem with my nokia 5220, its not turning on whenever i press power button it turn on and show Nokia logo after that it turns off, so anybody knows they keys to format it??? dont want codes because its not turning on. Thanks

Hey

I had an issue with my nokia 5220, and had to get it repaired due to software issue, as it switched on and switched off automatically, and when i used my memory card, it asked me for password, and didnt work at all.

all that worked was trying to format it from a different nokia model like E51, which is used to format, and voila! it worked.. the relief you get is just awesome!!
