Hi there,
Well the incoming server is 993 ssl and outgoing is 587 tls and its Imap as account type.Check it and revert back if not able ,

this is my configuration outlook 2007
pop:pop.gmail.com
smtp:smtp.hexabyte.tn (my fai)
it works but i can send mail only to gmail.
i don't know why?

Its not good mate i mentioned that i must be imap:
Account type: IMap
incoming mail server: imap.gmail,com
outgoing mail server:smtp.gmail.com
