Help, my screen of samsung 3653 freezed.

Hello,
my screen of samsung corby 3653 will freeze if in longer time (2-3 hours) my samsung is not used. only manual keys that can be used. the screen not respond anywhere. please help me.......thanks.......!

Dear Sir,

Please remove the battery forcing it to turn off and then turn it on back and have it formatted in order to get the problem solved.

Hi there!

It might also be sourcing from a virus infection and you will also have the problem solved by getting it restored to factory settings.
