Booting problem in virtual machine

Hello,
I want to install windows XP on oracle virtual machine3.2.8.In wizard it gives 3 options for device from which the system will boot,1)Host Drive E: 2)Host drive F: 3)VBoxGuestAdditions.iso(32.01MB).Out of this which i've to select.Bcoz i tried 2 options.But when i try to power on windows XP,it says bootable device is not found..please help

Ill recommend you to use vmware which is very easy to use and does not take too much space of hard disk,here is the download link:
