Hello, I suggest that you unplug the USB and re-plug it into another device (if you can access one) to see if it is definitely a problem with your flash drive.

- Your USB is failing, or failed. Caused by age, or physical damage...
- the Master Boot Record or Partition Boot Record on the device is damaged (unplugged the USB while it was in use)
