Nktel A8800 No outgoing and incoming calls

Hello,
No outgoing and incoming calls are working on my new Nktel A8800 phone.
I'm unable to fix it,Please help me

Hi there.

Have you tried with another sim card or resetting mobile to factory settings?please try and revert back if issue not solved.

Once the sim is inserted, it goes to emergency mode. I tried resetting to factory settings. No use. The same sim is working fine in other handsets. Signal stgrength bar is showing 5 bars, still it is in emergency mode only. Any suggestion on how to come out of this mode.The same is the case with othe sim card in this phone.

Hi there,

Only solution left is to flash the handset and return all back as new ,in this process your data will be lost as well as phone contacts,make a backup before sending for flashing,.

through this mobile and purchase new other company
