Dear Malik,

It might also be that there are too many applications open on it. Please press the Menu button extendedly until you see the list of open applications and then press CLR in order to close one by one.

Hi there,

Make a backup of your data on memory card then send mobile to repair center so that its flashed with latest firmware installed to fix the mentioned issue.
