Hi,
I got the same problem, and I solved it!
This is how you should proceed:
1. Click "Start" > "Programs" > "Accessories"
2. Right Click on Command Prompt
3. Left click on Run as Administrator
4. Click on "Allow" button if it asks for permission
5. Type or copy and paste this into the command prompt window:
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
6. Press"enter" and you should see the confirmation: "Operation Completed Successfully"
7. Reboot and DEP should be off.
