Hello, my cod 5 map pack wont work after downloading and installing and when i go to cod5 menu it says i need to buy it please help

Check the blus or bles code or if you gameshared it, you need to keep the account you downloaded it from in your user list

Actually COD5 Map Pack has been conceived for beta and there has not been any release for PCs yet and yes, for downloading any patches, it will be advised to get through the following link.
