my sd card reade Closed

Hello, 

i put my sd memory card in a card reader and it didnt read it. when i put it back in my camera, it says please reinsert memory card. i ahve all my pics in there. please can something be done about it

Hi,

Seems its corrupted,give a try by formatting it and then use recovery application to get the data which will be deleted during formatting process,try this one:

Hi there, if the memory card is damaged from overcharge of static electricity, you will not be able to have it repaired.
