Hello,


i hav a dell stdio 1558,win 7. suddenly when m playing video on it,sound is coming no picture is coming.... is there any file missing on my system.....
plz plz hlp me.................

Hi,

Yes you are missing something on system and its codec,have your codecs downloaded using link below:

http://ccm.net/download/download-1668-codec-pack-suite

You can also use vlc player which has all the recent required codecs:

install reltek driver.

Hi ishan bahndari,

Well as mentioned by both users its not a driver issue as if you read it well there is only sound and no picture so its a codec issue and not driver,thanks for the answer.

Also consider checking your graphic card and its driver.
