Hello,

Ok, So I called the tech support number and the guy gave me instructions to first turn of my laptop then hold down "0" and turn the lap top back on and let go of "0". He said that it would completly erase everything but that my computer would be like brand new. At first I was very relieved because it was working but then I recieved an "error" msg. I was told if this happened to call back but I've been waiting for half an hour now. Can anyone help me please let me know if it would be safe to maybe re-try these steps again. Thank you!
