Solution to your problem,
My name is kenny, I have heared the problem you said that you are having with your sound card
but I think that the problem is not from the sound card. If the problem is from the sound card the other speaker will not work although.So what you will do is to use another speaker to test it because if the problem is from the sound card non of the speaker will work.What I think you can do is to buy another speaker and use it to test it whether both of them will work or not.
