Problem in uninstalling a registry cleaner

Hello,
i had a registry cleaner named "winferno power registry cleaner".It has been installed unexpectedly from a website.i tried uninstalling that,it showed me that program has been removed.but i still could find it in my control panel,desktop.i am even able to run the program,when i tried uninstalling it again,it showed me a msg that some exe file in c: drive has been missing and the program could not be unistalled.......please help me uninstalling it
