I forgot my password

Hello,

I have a problem with my computer Administrator account that I forgot my login password to my account and the administrator account too. Is there any way to open those accounts with out formatting my computer and losing all my documents?
It's really urgant!! and I'm hoping that some one can answer..

Note: I'm using Windows XP sp2.

OK thats very troublesome.IF the computer is on a network ..you can have someone (a colleague) having same admin rights to access the information via the network ....or there something that i never tested ...Try installing another OS(linux )on another partition of your hard drive .through the new OS then try to retrieve your data..but that's in theory...good luck
