Unable to download qicktime

Hello,


I am unable to download Quicktime for Windows XP. I keep getting this alert;

could not open key;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\QUICKTIMPl
ayerLib.QuickTimePlayerApp\CLSID. Verify that you
have sufficient access to that key or contact
your support personnel.

hallo i heve problem wen open my address ammendan@hotmail.com som tiemim try open my address noy open .
but the contacyt net in my computer contact qood.
pleasse help mi. thank for you.
