Problem downloading itunes

Hello,when i am trying to run the itunes file it keeps coming up with the message the feature you are trying to use is a network resource.what can i do to down load itunes.i have also tryed downloading it firefox.still got problems.please help

Try deactivating the firewall default to windows , but better download itunes from a safe website then.
