Can't see the words in my computer

Hello,
I am havinga problem where the words in my computer look like when ink irs running out of the pen. i can't see anything at all. so where can i go to fix this problem.

Hi,

Get a monitor tested on it if same issue then have your graphic card replaced or add a new one if you have it on board.
