Conference problem

Hello,

I am not able to talk a conference line
whenever i try to make a conference call i get the error message " Unable to connect"
Plz help me!!!!!
should i change anythng in the settings if so plz tell me procedure for it

Which application are you using to make the calls?please mention it as well as its version,
