Need to reset code on nokia supernova

Hello,
Hi my phone won't allow me to reset the master code, it keep saying "code do not match"
please assist,am I doing something wrong

Hi ,

If you forgot the password of security code then no help is provided on the concerned if you are trying to set a password on it then first time enter 12345 which is set by factory as default,
