I see a vertical list of numbers. If these numbers are in a row, with each in an Excel cell going across, you can click in the blank cell at the end of the list of numbers and type "=Sum" and Excell will create a formula that puts the range of the cell addresses in that last cell.
You can get the same effect by clicking to place your cursor in the next blank cell and clicking on the Sigma button on the toolbar (looks like a back-wards Z". This button, "AutoSum" will enter the =Sum formula with the range of cells for you.
