Msn messenger!

Hello,


I just downloaded the last version of msn messenger and i haven't restart my pc when it asked me to! And i only exit msn...can someone tell me why when i click on the msn icon i can't connect?! I have restarted my pc now and there is still no change... HELP!!!

see what is data and time settings on your PC.
